How does the subscription work?
Bauer's Brew will roast/brew your selected product to order, bill, pack, and ship according to your preferences and frequency. We will notify you a few days before your subscription renews to let you know fresh coffee is on the way - and allow you to make any changes before the order is confirmed.
How do I modify, pause or cancel my subscription?
Log into your Bauer's Brew x Recharge account on bauersbrew.coffee and navigate to the Subscriptions tab to manage your subscription. You can change any preferences you'd like, such as; shipping address, billing info, product selection, shipping frequency, payment method, etc. You are NOT locked in - there is no commitment or fees, just savings!
Shipping? ... is FREE
Once your order is confirmed you will receive tracking information once the coffee has shipped. You can expect delivery 3-7 business days after the order is placed. We use USPS and UPS.
When will I be charged?
You will be notified a few days ahead of time that your subscription is about to renew. You have an opportunity to manage your subscription, including skipping the shipment or changing the order date. You will be charged when the order is placed.
- Our cold brew is packaged in glass bottles and must stay cold. Please handle with care and refrigerate upon arrival. If there is any issues with shipping, please understand it is out of our hands, but we will always make it right and make sure you're happy! Should any concern arise please email email@example.com
- Cold Brew subscriptions are (1) 32oz bottle / per.
- Coffee subscriptions are 8oz bag / per.
- CHOICE subscriptions mean we select the cold brew or coffee sku for you! SURPRISEEE!
