LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
1. Introduction
At Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and efficient local delivery service. Our goal is to offer the best possible experience, ensuring your coffee products arrive fresh and on time, right to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Areas
For local deliveries, the customer address must be within a ~7-mile radius of Huntington Station, NY 11746, which serves as our headquarters. In some cases, depending on your location and our weekly schedule, addresses slightly outside of this zone may still qualify for local delivery.
If shipping was selected and paid for but your address falls within our local delivery zone, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost and your order will be delivered locally. Additionally, if you are well within the 7-mile local delivery area but mistakenly select shipping, we will default to local delivery and refund your shipping fee.
However, if you have specific reasons for preferring shipping over local delivery (such as no one being available at the residence for several days), please mention this in the Notes section during checkout, and we will accommodate accordingly.

3. Delivery Times
At Bauer’s Brew Co., we strive to offer Same Day or Next Day delivery, meaning your order will typically be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time it was submitted. However, please note -that Same Day or Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.
As a small family-owned business with a limited team, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as employee vacations, family emergencies, or adverse weather conditions. Rest assured, we always do our best to fulfill and deliver orders as promptly as possible.

4. Delivery Fees
Local delivery is FREE for customers within our 7-mile delivery zone. If your address falls within this area, the option for local delivery should be available at checkout. Please be sure to select this option.
If you accidentally choose shipping and pay for it, you will be refunded the shipping cost. However, if you prefer shipping over local delivery for a specific reason, please include that information in the Notes section during checkout, and we will accommodate your request accordingly.

5. Order and Delivery Confirmation
Local delivery will be an option at checkout if your order address is within the 7-mile radius of zip code 11746. Upon completing your checkout, you will receive email notifications updating you on the status of your order. These notifications will include when your order is fulfilled, when it is marked as ‘ready’ for delivery (which may also indicate that the order is out for delivery), and when the order has been DELIVERED.
No one needs to be present for local delivery, but please keep in mind that for local deliveries, Same Day or Next Day delivery is the standard. It’s best to stay alert for your package, especially for some of our products that are best kept refrigerated.

6. Returns and Cancellations
At Bauer’s Brew Co. LLC, we do not offer returns on our products. However, you may cancel your order by contacting us at info@bauersbrew.com before your order has been fulfilled and is ready for delivery.
