NEW SINGLE ORIGIN DROP
COLOMBIA, NARIÑO
Grown by Geovany Obeimar on his 1.5 hectare farm in the mountains of Nariño 1,750 meters high. This Castillo variety is fermented in tanks for 30 hours, washed twice to remove mucilage, and set out to dry on a vented gable roof. In the cup, we taste a brown sugar nutty sweetness with some pleasant citric tartness and spice.
